Shipping Cost & Times
Cost: FREE Shipping on all orders.
Processing time: 4–5 business days (including production, QC, and packaging).
Transit time (after dispatch):
- United States: 7–15 business days
- Canada: 7–15 business days
- France: 7–15 business days
Order Cut-off & Holiday Notice
Order Cut-off: Orders placed before 2:00 PM (GMT+8) on a business day will start processing the same day. Orders placed after the cut-off will be processed the next business day.
Holiday Notice: Production and shipping may be delayed by 5–10 business days during:
- Chinese New Year (typically late January to mid February)
- Chinese National Day (October 1–7)
- Major international shipping carrier holidays
We will post specific dates on our homepage banner before each holiday.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to the United States, Canada, and France.
Orders to other destinations are not currently accepted. If you would like us to ship to another country, please contact us and we will let you know if it can be arranged.
How Is Your Order Shipped?
All signs are shipped via DHL, UPS, or FedEx — fast and fully trackable shipping services. The carrier is selected based on your destination and the size of your sign.
Order Tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number within 24 hours of dispatch. You can track your package on:

Lost Packages
If your tracking shows no movement for 15 business days after dispatch, please contact us at info@goodvibeneon.com. We will investigate with the carrier and, if confirmed lost, arrange a free replacement or issue a full refund.
Address Changes
- Before dispatch: Email us within 12 hours of your order to update your address free of charge.
- After dispatch: Address changes are subject to the carrier's policy and may incur additional fees, which the customer is responsible for.
- Incorrect address provided at checkout: Reshipment fees apply.
Our Guarantee
We take pride in our products. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your sign, please contact us so we can make it right.
Every Good Vibe Neon sign comes with a 24-month warranty covering all components — including LED tubing, controllers, transformers, acrylic backing, and cabling — against manufacturing defects under normal indoor use. Please see our Refund Policy for full warranty terms and exclusions.

Duties & Taxes
For all orders shipped to the United States, Canada, and France, the price you see at checkout is the final price you pay. We ship using a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) service — all applicable import duties, taxes, and customs brokerage fees are pre-paid by us and already included in your order total. You will not be charged any additional fees upon delivery.
DDP coverage applies only to the destinations listed above.
