What's the ordering process?
It depends on what you're looking for:
For custom signs: Start by filling out our quote request form (click here) with your design idea. Once we receive it, we'll review your details and get back to you with a personalized quote.
For ready-made designs: Simply browse our collection, add your favorite items to your cart, and head to checkout when you're ready. You can review or adjust quantities in your cart anytime before placing your order.
Can I cancel or modify my order after it's placed?
After your order has been placed, you have 24 hours to contact info@goodvibeneon.com and request order modifications or a cancellation.
Due to the handmade and customized nature of our products, we are unable to accept cancellations free of charge more than 24 hours after your order is placed. If you wish to cancel your order after this 24-hour period, a 30% handling fee will be deducted from your refund to cover the initial production costs incurred. Therefore, you will receive a refund of 70% of your original order total.
My sign arrived broken or damaged. What should I do?
Please reach out to us right away and include clear photos showing the damage to both the sign and its packaging. Once we receive the images, we’ll arrange a replacement and ship it out to you promptly—at no additional cost.
Are there any hidden costs like duties or taxes when shipping to my country?
For all orders shipped to the United States/Canada/France/United Kingdom, the price you see at checkout is the final price you pay. We ship using a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) service. This means that all applicable import duties, taxes, and customs brokerage fees are pre-paid by us and are already included in the total price of your order. You will not be charged any additional fees upon delivery.
What should I do if my order is delayed due to customs, weather, or peak season shipping?
While we always do our best to ensure your order arrives on time, there are certain factors beyond our control that may occasionally cause delays. These include customs processing times, severe weather conditions, or high shipping volumes during promotional seasons (such as Black Friday or Christmas).
If your order is affected by any of these delays, we appreciate your patience. Rest assured, we’re not able to refund or expedite orders once they’re in transit, but we’ll always keep you updated if we receive any information from the carrier about extended delays.

Does your neon sign come with a warranty?
Absolutely. All our custom signs are backed by a 2-year warranty. Should any issues occur, we’ll provide replacement parts or a full replacement as needed.
What's the best way to clean my neon sign?
Before cleaning, always unplug your sign first. Gently dust it with a feather duster or wipe it down with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use any liquid or spray cleaners, as moisture can damage the internal components.
Can I use your neon signs outdoors?
Great question! Our regular signs are made for indoor spaces and aren't waterproof. But if you're planning an outdoor setup, don't worry, we can customize a waterproof version just for you. Simply drop us a line at info@goodvibeneon.combefore ordering, and we'll take it from there.
Is a remote control included with the sign?
Yes, we do offer a remote—it lets you easily adjust the brightness, switch between flashing effects, and explore different dynamic lighting modes.
Is the brightness adjustable?
Definitely. With the included remote, you can adjust the brightness anytime—whether you want a soft ambient glow or something a little brighter.
