Do LED Neon Signs Come With a Warranty?

So you're thinking about buying a neon sign. You've picked out the design. You've figured out where it's going to hang. And now there's one last thing on your mind: what happens if something goes wrong?

Short Answer: Yes, and It's 24 Months

Every sign we make comes with a 24-month replacement warranty. Not because we expect anything to go wrong--but because we want you to feel good about your purchase for a long time.

If something does come up, we've got your back.

What the Warranty Covers

The warranty covers manufacturing issues. That means if your sign stops working because of something on our end--like faulty wiring or a problem with the LEDs--we'll replace it.

It also covers shipping damage. If your sign arrives with any damage from transit, just let us know and we'll send a replacement.

What's Not Covered

A few things fall outside the warranty:

  • Damage from dropping, mishandling, or trying to alter the wiring during installation
  • Outdoor use on a sign that was made for indoors
  • Extreme temperatures (below -40°C or above 60°C)
  • Normal wear and tear, theft, or damage from weather like ice or snow

Basically, if something happens that's on us, we'll make it right. If something happens that's out of our control, the warranty doesn't apply.

What Happens If Something Goes Wrong?

If you run into an issue, just reach out. Send us a quick note with a photo or video of what's happening.

From there, we'll figure out the fastest way to make it right. Usually that means sending a replacement sign or swapping it for something similar if the original style isn't available anymore.

We don't make you jump through hoops. We just want you to have a sign that works and looks great.

How Long Does It Last?

LED neon signs are built to last. Most of them run for 50,000 hours or more--that's years of daily use.

The 24-month warranty is there for peace of mind. But honestly, most people never need to use it.
