Most LED neon signs you see online--including ours--come with a simple plug. On and off. That's it. No app, no wifi, no Bluetooth.

But here's the thing: that's by design. Most people just want something that lights up when they flip the switch. Simple. Reliable. Nothing to troubleshoot.

But You Can Get One That Works With Your Phone

If you want the smart version, it's totally doable. It just needs a little extra setup.

We can build a sign that works with a smart plug. That's probably the easiest way to go. You plug it into a smart outlet, connect it to your wifi, and boom--you can turn it on with your phone, set a schedule, or even link it to your Alexa or Google Home.

So yeah. Your sign can glow on command. Or at sunset. Or when you walk into the room. Whatever you want.

A Couple Ways People Do This

  • Smart plug: works with almost any sign. Just plug and play.

  • Built-in smart controller: some signs can come with a little box that connects directly to wifi or Bluetooth. No extra plug needed.
